Points Articles Gearing Up!

Over the next month I'll be releasing my continued studies on points leagues. (You can check out all my points articles from 2009 through the Fantasy Scoring Formats label, but I'll include some links in the text for those who are too lazy to scroll.) A preview of things to come:

Continued from 2009
--Revisiting the importance of .420 SLG for hitters to reach 400 points.

--Revisiting the 6.2 K/9 mark and its effect on pitchers reaching 400 points.

--Looking at the hitters and pitchers I tagged for sleeper picks; how many breakouts were on my hitting and pitching lists? Here's a sneak preview: Denard Span and Jair Jurrjens.

--New list of hitters who consistently netted 10+ points each week in 2009.

New in 2010
--BABIP and its possible value in points leagues.

--How high can a non-strikeout pitcher score in points leagues?

--My opinions on prospects and their value in points leagues.

--How well does the LIMA plan (spend little/draft late on pitchers) hold up in points?

--Cheat sheets for standard CBS points leagues: which stars go up (or down) in value, and sleeper lists.

--And many more!! (I just couldn't resist the overly cheesy marketing line.)
