We talked about how Madison Bumgarner has had some trouble maintaining his K/9 at Double-A, but this is one of the more exciting callups for September. I don't think he is going to help anyone, but should make for some interesting talk going into 2009. You can read more about his callup here. He is planned to start in place of Tim Lincecum, who is injured with back spasms.
