Commentary: Lyon, no wild man, will be Tiger closer

I had to post this article for one line:

Not only has Lyon allowed just four walks in his 51 career saves, but in those saves, he has a 1.03 ERA.
That is like saying Adam Dunn has a 1.000 batting average when he hits a home run.

Besides Fernando Rodney has a 1.43 ERA in games he got a save. You can't just look at stats when a good result occurred.

Haha, just another example of people using stats totally incorrectly. It's kind of like saying Jason Marquis has a 0.00 ERA when he doesn't give up any runs.

Haha...Jason Marquis has an ERA of 2.51 when he gets a win. He must be good!
