The following 2 players have been suggested before, but the fact that their ownership stands at 20% or less is maddening.
Pitcher - Octavio Dotel (S, K, ERA, WHIP)
This is a no brainer as the season wears on. He is currently splitting saver chances which makes him a must own, but just his stats other than wins make him a great play. He currently throwing 12.76 K/9!!! If you are ahead in wins and need help in any of K's, ERA and/or WHIP than Dotel is a must add in any league. His FIP is 3.10 so expect him to keep pitching at this level although an extra homer here are there might bring his HR/FB rate up a bit.

Hitter - Chad Tracy (R, HR, RBI)
He is walking lower than career levels and his hits are dropping in with a BABIP of .337, but his career BABIP is .320 and his K% is at career levels. He is probably not going to stay above .300 in his average, but I wouldn't expect him to hurt your average. He is hitting at his career level in HR/FB, but 2005 when he hit 27 was likely a fluke on a high HR/FB so expect more of a 20 homer type player in 550+ AB's.
