I won't label this as one of my regular pickups since he is owned in 63% of CBS leagues, but any league he is available you should be ready to pick him up. The Twins don't have a candidate to remove from the rotation right now, but he should be up before June is out. He has gotten his stuff under control and the walks are down. His K:BB in the last 4 games is 26:6 with an ERA of 2.86.
He might not be dominant so don't try to trade for him unless you are giving up a reserve. He could have a very good second half though.
