A new post about Lester and his recent run of success is up on Fantasy Baseball Strategy. I found that the key to everything for him is reproducing his release point. Nothing else really changed in terms of his pitch selection or his velocity. It also appears that he has been taking a little off his pitches initially in order to save his energy for later.
