Pitcher - Jeremy Sowers (W, WHIP)
Another callup to the majors to fill a 5th spot in the rotation. This is also another top prospect who is not a strikeout pitcher. This again makes him tough to predict for success in the majors. He seemed to stumble a bit last year, but otherwise his minor league seasons have been very good. I would take the flier if you are attempting to start a pitcher like Mussina or Zito.

Hitter - Pedro Feliz (HR, RBI)
Always expected to finally break out when playing in San Fran batting around Bonds. He could never get to the 30 homers. He did get to 98 RBI's in 2006, but otherwise is usually around 80. The downside is definitely the average and OBP. The OBP is a huge problem while average can be negated by a quality hitter. He is currently on pace for 20 homers, but has been warming up this past week plus. He is a very hot and cold pitcher so only use him when he is going well.
He is owned in 47% of CBS leagues.
