Pitcher - Mike Mussina (W)
He seems to have reinvented him self in the last 2 weeks and be keeping batters off speed by mixing speeds and good location. He won't likely bring the ERA much lower and the WHIP could go a little higher, but with the wins he could earn the average ratios can be acceptable. Put him in the back of your rotation in mixed if you have a Gallardo or Arroyo type hole.
He is only owned in 52% as of this morning on CBS.
Hitter - Blake Dewitt (BA)
He's not hitting in a great spot right now and he could be back in the minors by the end of the month, but he has hit extremely well while filling in at the injured corner for the Dodgers. Laroche has been sent back to AAA to get back to speed, but it also looks like they will let Dewitt keep going until he cools off. He should also show a little more power to. He wasn't a .300 hitter in the minors, but has been around .280 in A and AAA.
He is only owned in 13% of CBS leagues.
